Dispatch Map - View

This feature will use Google Maps to route to the destination in real time from the ambulance’s current location with just a few clicks. This will help ensure the crews are heading to the right destination address and can be easily routed to right from EMS Loop.

📘 Instructions

To utilize this feature, please see the following steps.

1. Click on the ambulance in question.

2. Click on the map icon in the trip detail box

3. If prompted choose 'Use Your Location'

4. Click ‘Start’ to begin navigating to the destination address.

Note that Maps will route based on the location when the icon is clicked; if the ambulance is moving, that may no longer be the ambulance location when routing begins.
