Improvements
Tool tips have been added to indicate what’s being calculated on the Runs and Units bubbles. When hovering over the numbers displayed inside these boxes, a tool tip will display indicating what’s in the calculation.
Added the canceled reason as well as the canceled timestamp to the grid. Removed the complete time from the grid as canceled calls aren’t completed so there will never be a completed timestamp.
For better performance, application logging is now being sent to a more powerful server. This is for internal application logs and is not customer facing.
Added a link to the support menu that gives quick access to the support site.
Bugs
In some rare cases there may be transient database connectivity issues. We have added retry logic around all database connections to resolve these intermittent issues.
Edit and delete buttons in the last column were not visible due to the grid not using all of the screen width. The grid has been adjusted to utilize the width of the screen allowing all of the columns to be visible without having to scroll.
The display of the edit button (pen) has been updated to not show an underline while hovering.
Users are now deleted when selecting delete on the users list.
The installer for the Configuration Utility was not installing a file that is required to be able to export all call types in a single export. The required file is now being installed and all call types can be exported in one export.
In the case where a crew member had an ID in the CAD database that could not be converted to an integer value, login requests containing that user would fail and the unit requesting to be logged into the system would not be logged in. This behavior has been corrected and the values are now converted properly.
When adding an administrative note to a crew survey, upon saving the note a 500 error page would appear and not save the note. The behavior has been corrected to save the note appropriately.
When exporting multiple items on certain tabs within the configuration utility, only one item would export. This is caused because the installer for the configuration utility did not properly install a required file. The installer has been corrected to install the file properly.
Divisions are now being saved upon vehicle save provided divisions have been imported.
Added an area at the top of the site where global notifications about upcoming maintenance windows and other important customer facing issue can be posted for all users to see.
For customers that have “Disassociate Device on Logout” enabled, devices that should have been disassociated from a vehicle upon logout of shift, were not being disassociated from the vehicle. Logout has been modified to respect the setting.
Added more automatically logged properties for internal logging. This is to help with diagnostics if there is a reported issue.
